MUSIC IN THE PARK IS BACK……!!
After having to cancel the entire Sunday Summer Concert Series for both 2020 and 2021 due to Covid, we have finally been able to secure permission for a one day, double concert event at Bayview Park on Labour Day weekend, Sunday September 5th.
The event will consist of two separate concerts, with two different bands. The first, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm, will feature BOOTLEG CREEDENCE, an amazing Creedence Clearwater Tribute Band who you may remember from our last event in 2019, the Woodstock 50 celebration.
Then, from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, JUANITA AND THE BIG DEAL take the stage with music spanning genres from Classic Rock to Rockin’ Country. (For a sample of the music of both bands, check out the website)
Due to Covid Restrictions being strictly enforced, capacity is limited to 100 people per show. An area in front of the Pavilion will be roped off to provide attendees with plenty of room for socially-distanced seating, so bring your lawn chairs. Admission for the event is $15.00 per person per show, with proceeds going to offset the cost of the event, as well as to support the Blue Mountain Legacy Fund future events.
For more information or to reserve your spot, sign up on the website www.musicinthepark.ca
Hope to see you on Sunday September 5th !!
