Open Fields: Farm Tour

The Town of The Blue Mountains is proud to partner with the Municipality of Meaford for the 2025 edition of Open Fields. This year, Open Fields will take place on Saturday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tour local farms and learn about the work, knowledge & investment required to run a modern farm. Enjoy various vendors, activities, demonstrations and free fun for the entire family. 


Join us for a day on the farm!

Open Fields is a free, self-guided tour across five different locations. No registration is required. The event runs from 10a.m. to 4p.m. - rain or shine.

Visitors are encouraged to bring cash and a cooler as some of the stops will have products and activities available for purchase. 

Open Fields is a pet-free event, for safety reasons, we ask that they're left at home for the day. Remember to dress appropriately! Bring proper footwear for the farm.

Alpine Ridge Alpacas

Grey & Gold Cider
