Final Draft Documents Posted
The Town would like to inform those interested in the Official Plan Review that the final draft of the Official Plan document is now available on the project website.
On April 29, 2025, the Committee of the Whole provided final direction to Staff on required policy updates related to Affordable Housing, Height, Density, Parkland Dedication, the Georgian Trail, and Tree Protection.
These final modifications have now been completed and are scheduled to be presented to Council for final decision at the May 12, 2025, Council Meeting.
Staff have prepared a tracked changes version illustrating all the text modifications from the original Official Plan, and a clean version that incorporates all the text changes, along with all schedules and appendix maps.
