Mad River Classic Raises $75,000 for Tomorrow’s Hospital
The 31st annual Mad River Classic brought together an incredible community of golfers, sponsors, and supporters—all rallying behind a great cause. Thanks to their generosity, the CGMH Foundation raised over $75,000 in support of Tomorrow’s Hospital – the new state-of-the-art facility that South Georgian Bay needs and deserves!

Town of The Blue Mountains Launches New Digital Parking Enforcement System
Beginning June 16, 2025, the Town of The Blue Mountains is implementing a new, cloud-based parking enforcement system offered through GTechna.
Our Path Forward: The Blue Mountains Corporate Strategic Plan
The Town of The Blue Mountains is inviting residents and community members to provide feedback to help shape the Town’s new Corporate Strategic Plan. Titled, “Our Path Forward: The Blue Mountains Corporate Strategic Plan”, the project will establish long-term goals and strategically allocate resources to guide the Town’s future. A community survey is now open and will remain available until Monday, July 7, 2025. The survey can be accessed online via the project webpage.

What's going on at The Corner in Thornbury
Anyone wondering why Thornbury's signature building at the corner of Bruce Street and Hwy 26 suddenly morphed into a giant blue cube may be thinking it is 2015 all over again. That's when Randall and Jane Litchfield last renovated their iconic building that now houses The Corner Cafe & Grill, The Georgian Artisan Shop, and three upstairs apartments. That renovation took the better part of a year and transformed a 140-year-old gem into the completely updated structure it is today.
Playground Equipment Replacement at Bayview Park
