Catch-Up Vaccine Clinics For Youth

Catch-Up Vaccine Clinics are being held at the Blue Mountains Community Health Centre, Thornbury, if your teen has missed their immunizations over the last year.

Catch-Up Vaccine Clinics For Youth

In grade 7, children should receive the following vaccines: meningococcal conjugate (Men-C-ACYW) hepatitis b; human papillomavirus (HPV).

Between 14 and 16 years old, teens should receive the following vaccine: tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis.

If your teen has missed their immunizations over the last year, Catch-Up Vaccine Clinics are being held at the

Blue Mountains Community Health Center, 78 King Street East., Thornbury (beside Thornbury Cidery)

Tues. August 17/21 and Tues. August 24/21 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
